Having Proper and Adequate rest: Lack of sleep which causes discomfort and insomnia which is unhealthy for your body. Therefore, lack of sleep can bring about persistent hunger and cause you to overeat which increase your weight. Try to relax and sleep for at-least 7-9 hours a day which relaxes your body and keep your blood and veins relaxed
